Maximum Security The Sales Rep's Lie and Promise things customers will never receive Internet

A new scenarios regarding Maximum Security: Customer K, was promised 3 months worth of credit to his account by his REP and is not going to make a payment and going to cancel unless he hears something back about his credit. This customer had to go so far as to tape record the sales rep's conversation with him over the phone as proof that he was indeed promised the three months. The sales rep after hearing that information, authorized the 3 month credit, which still may never be paid to the customer because all check requests have to be approved by the owner of the company, and it seems that check requests never get approved for payment despite the situation.  This same situation has happened to many other customers as well.
