Peter Senese is a convicted fraudster with several convictions for theft and fraud. He received jail time in Sonoma County in California for check fraud and 5 years probation in New York for a healthcare scam.
He uses a number of aliases and "business" names which are fronts, and there are probably more than these: William Cooper,Raul Sanchez,Pacifica TWST,HandleCraft,Business in a Box,Orion,Peter Thomas.
His latest scam is Chasing the Cyclone and claiming to be the father of a kidnapped child who was sold to pedophiles in Macau. On the back of this claim, he is asking for money to fund his "work" as an advocate and activist. He has even testified in the Florida Senate.
Except - this is all an elaborate ruse to con unsuspecting people out of money.
