I recieved a letter from The state of NC commissioners of registration complied by: The prize information bureau of las vegas nevada stating I won 3,276,450.00 guaranteed payment that must be claimed by october 8th 2009 also stating i have to act immediatley and send my prize report claim form with a 20.00 transfer fee by cash check or money order made payable to PIB by the deadline and after finding this website and knowing they have done this to other people I wasnt stupid enough to send them any money so please be AWARE of this company !!!!!
