My understanding also, is that (per GPH) GPH isn't selling them to them anymore anyway, so unless he has a thought to find friends to buy the products then he sell them, then he would be out of merchandise anyway. So once again, if you buy from rangersupplystore.com than your setting yourself up for being robbed...if it does happen to you...don't accept the lame excuse he gives...file a complaint with the Calif. AG's office.

It has come to our attention that the author of this report is giving FALSE information.  They are quick to mention the names of the true and verified owners of the Ranger Supply Store, but not quick to mention their own name.  When things have to be hidden, then there most likely wrong or fully of lies.

I work in the accounting department of the Northern California Nevada District Office of the Assemblies of God.  Bob Bole worked for the DRC (District Resource Center) for many years.  The DRC operated a Royal Ranger and Missionette District store.  However, the DRC ceased operations of the Ranger and Missionette Supply store early in 2008.

Bob Bole agreed to take the unsold inventory on consignment.  It is my understanding that Bob Bole, his wife Lynn, as wells as his son, Dustin Bole and his wife Karen formed a corporation together and created a web based business.

It is also my understanding that it the summer of 2008, a verbal agreement was made with Bob Bole to pay the DRC $4,000 for the inventory and Bob Bole and company would retain all funds they received from the sale of the inventory.  As of today, the DRC has never received a single payment from Bob Bole for the inventory.  Nor do we expect to see any payments from Bob Bole.  His son, Dustin Bole, has stepped up and offered to make good on his father's debt.

In working with Dustin and Karen Bole over the last few months, we have found out that Bob Bole was using the DRC credit accounts to purchase more inventory without properly filing new credit applications for the new company he had started with his son. Once Dustin and Karen Bole found this out and brought it to our attention, we have been working with them, their insurance claim adjuster and their attorneys to get these new issues resolved.

Bob Bole has committed fraud and identity theft against the DRC and the Assemblies of God District as a whole.  Our legal team is wondering where we are going with this newly gathered and verified evidence and information that continues to come in from our vendors that Bob Bole was representing himself as a members of the DRC staff in order secure NET Terms with these vendors.  He was simply telling the vendor that the DRC moved to Stockton, and even asked to have the name changed.

This information and evidence we have received regarding this situation with Bob Bole, has truly shocked us. Then came the great disappointment and utter disbelief.  We would never in a lifetime believe that Bob Bole was capable of this misuse of trust and admiration we have had for him for the many years of his service on the District Advisory Board of Royal Rangers and as an employee of the DRC for many years. The hardest thing in the world for us here at the DRC and NCN District office was to believe the evidence that we were reading and the evidence that was being presented to us from multiple vendors that Bob Bole was dealing with directly.

I have spoken to many churches and other individuals that have purchased items from the Ranger Supply Store’s website since October 2009 (when the alleged theft of customer’s money started), and every one I spoke to had received their order.  Some had items on back order, but they have since received the back ordered items.  We know that the RangerSupplyStore.com is a bonded company

I know that GPH is not going to give the writer from Colorado any information as to whom or if they do business with any other business.  And since this complaint was not written by a TRUE customer, more like someone trying to slander a company that had to make a hard discussion to terminate the employment of their own father.

Our prayers are with the entire Bole family,  That God continues to heal the broken hearts all around.

Dustin Bole has embezzled over $100,000...I know this because I wanted to remain anonymous, however I am one of the other sons of Bob Bole, and I know for fact what I said was true, because I was a board member of the corporation...GPH is investigating copy right infringement, and Dustin Bole and his wife has file a plethora of federally illegal, fraudulent things, in fact, by corporate law, my understanding is that he is not a corporation because he refuses file taxes, he refuses to have business meetings, and he does not have any shares to sell to the public (per a corporate attorney)...he charges everyone taxes, he lies to the IRS stating in the last two years that he hasn't made anything...he will be under investigation from governmental entities I cannot discuss here, as well as copyright law infringements, and I did get the scoop from GPH that they will not sell him anything...Jerry, If you have anything to ask call me or my dad...we will give you the real truth instead of the falsehood my brother is trying to pass onto everyone...in fact, contact Stockton commanders, they also know the truth and what is going on...209-298-7222 or 970-405-9111. Jerry, I do trust that you brought it up to the Lord to find out what is really going on..ass well as the fact that Dustin's page hasn't been up for a week or so, and that there are several complaints that customers are getting the wrong products that they ordered, as well as some aren't getting anything that they ordered...and Dustin isn't answering the phone, nor returning their calls, nor sending them the correct orders, so once again, if you haven't prayed and asked the Lord about it, then do so, because the Lord is showing folks the truth about Dustin and his wife.

There has been a few things that have happened since the original post...the rebuttal that was listed as from Jerry from the Northern California/Nevada District office, was verified by Jerry and other high "ranking" district officials that whoever posted that rebuttal protecting Dustin Bole, has actually committed Identity Theft, because the signer listed that it was Jerry Haan from the NC/N District, when indeed the district office didn't write anything at all in this ripoff reports blog...a few other things is that he says in his customer service section of his page that Crazy Crow, Panther Primitives, Coleman and Lodge have authorized him to sell their products...that to a point is true...whatever he has on stock is sell-able, however, he can not buy from them anymore...and the biggest thing...many people have still called Bob Bole stating they paid for merchandise and either received the wrong item or did not receive anything at all...so if you paid for something and do not receive it call the California Attorney General's Office, they can expedite your lose quicker.

It has been verified through the Northern California/Nevada District office that Jerry Hanney DID NOT file that rebuttal. The district office let those of use that investigate the comment that it was a case of Identity Theft...submitted by whom, not sure...but there is a good indication of who was the culprit that performed the criminal action.
