i used my last 35$ at the time because i have always wanted an xbox360 since it came out. now i just got robbed for 35$ the only thing i got for myself in months and now im not even getting it. if there is a way to get the money back and prevent this from happening let me know!!!!!

If you used your credit card, just file a fraud claim and the credit card company, upon investigating) will most likely credit your card. If you used something else though, like wiring money through Money Gram, then you are out of luck. They have your money and you are not getting it back. NEVER wire someone money that you don't know!!!

Geeezzzz. Didn't the fact that it was only $35 give you a clue that this MUST be a rip off ?????? You are indeed a scammer's dream come true. And NO, you can't get your money back from these scammers.
