Richard Runben - Attorney - Richard Ruben, Parker Stanburg, Prepaid Legal Sleeze Bag took my money and refused to do anything to help me Woodland Hills California

I employed this Attorney, Richard Ruben, referred by Parker Stanbrug under Prepaid Legal and he has done nothing for me, while he still has $2500 of my money. I would like to see the Attorney General to put these people out of business. They are nothing but Crooks and I believe they know. That have the Public to believe that they're in business to help at the same time, I was just ripped off. Shame on a Corporation could be so deceptive in their dealings.

I have called his (Richard Ruben) office and his cell phone, sent him emails. This is a travesty of "fair exchange". I have paid them (Prepaid Legal) for many months and years, now I find out that it's only a lie. When I contacted them for help, Parker Stanburg, told me that it was matter between me and my Attorney. I told them that he has not returned my attempts to contact him, and they were the Agent for this traction, they told me that I didn't understand how it works.
