SEKECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING INC AKA FAIRBANKS CAPITAL CORP. rip-off! They're forcing us to pay the charges for foresclosure when they WERE THE ONES TO HOLD UP THE CLOSING. Salt Lake City, Utah

Received letter from the new company Fairbanks Capital is going by... SPS/Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. It said that they would be unable to settle with us due to the delay on refinancing with another company. They held up the closing 3 mo. telling us not to pay the mortgage for those months since closing was imminent. Then they served with foreclosure papers one night!

I had to pay lawyers, charges etc. for foreclosure OR THEY WOULD NOT CLOSE. We want reparations of minimum $282,130. There's been MAJOR DAMAGE TO OUR CREDIT RATING, TURNED DOWN FOR LOANS, CREDIT CARDS ETC..AND WANT THAT MONEY. A lETTER FROM tIFFANY kINGat Fairbanks said they would be unable to forward check. There's NO ADDRESS ON THEIR NEW STATIONERY which IS VERY SUSPICIOUS. ANY HELP, PLEAsE GO FOR IT. will pay partial payment for recovery.
