pursue and bring to justice the person who on January 30, 2010, posted malicious
and outright lies libeling our client on ripoffreport.com. Ripoffreport.com does
not verify if a posting is true or untrue prior to the posting, therefore, our
client has been forced to answer and defend their good
reputation.
The individual who posted the
libelous information about our client states that the one incident occurred in
1999. Our client was not in business in 1999 when this individual states they
purchased a dog from Silver Star Kennel, nor was their website online. Our
client breeds and sells their own puppies and have never once purchased a puppy
from anyone for resale. Our client has never declined or not honored a health
guarantee when conditions stated within the guarantee had been met. With
reference to the little girl on our client’s website, the individual stated “she
would likely be in college by now.” The fact that our client’s little girl was
not even born in 1999 further demonstrates the willful intent to libel our
client.
Silver Star Kennel takes great
pride in their dogs and kennel and it has received high praise from the
American Kennel Club (AKC) inspector during a routine inspection. Based on the
quality of our client’s dogs, many famous individuals have purchased their
family puppy from their kennel. In addition, the testimonials on their website
speak to the known facts about their quality dogs and good
reputation.
Our law firm knows first hand the
untruths in this willful and malicious statement against our client. Our clients
are college educated, hardworking, ethical individuals who take great pride in
their kennel and they love and care deeply about their dogs. The individual who
posted false information about our client regarding an incident that allegedly
happened eleven years ago and well before our client was in business, makes
anyone wonder what the motive is behind the
posting.
Our client has authorized us to use
our best efforts to find such individual and bring them to answer their libelous
allegations and make them accountable for their actions. Our client will be
