When I contacted this group they did offer an electronic smokeless device for free but this was a trick to get someone to call them. They wanted you to purchase a 30day or 60day supply of filters for 70-100 dollars up front. They also wanted everything paid for up front.
After ordering the device they said that you have to go through another service to cancel your order. They then became argumentative when trying to cancel an order. This is wrong with poor customer service and could be considered credit card fraud.
Beware of free offers.
