On Nov. 6, 2009. I sent $430.00 via Western Union (WU) to Supermedizone (SMZ) in Karachi as I have been doing for the past 2 years. The receiver was Sajjad Ali. Over the past 2 years, orders placed/purchased via WU were always confirmed via e-mail.
Tracking information was sent regarding the item purchased within a week of sending the funds via WU. All purchases were sent through certified mail. It never took more than 10 days from ordering to receiving the item.
The order placed on Nov. 6 was confirmed via e-mail. SMZ also confirmed receipt of the $430.00 and sent a tracking no. etc. The item has not arrived. The tracking number was not valid. SMZ will not respond to any e-mails to clarify this situation. I have sent dozens of e-mails since Thanksgiving 2009. I did not even get the courtesy of a reply or explanation.
So I consider my self having been robbed by Supermedizone and advise all readers to be careful when using there website. Never send any money via WU.
Bottom line: I trusted them for 2 years and they cheated me and robbed me in late 2009.

I posted a complaint in jan. 2010. My ordered had been delayed for 2 months due to the political unrest in Karachi.
Supermedizone had no internet and could not operate. All orders were delayed.
I received the order in April 2010 and a bonus was added to the order.
I have since re-ordered from Supermedizone without a problem.
I withdraw my complaint that was posted on 1/13/2010.
