i was terminated for a non preventable accident then swift put negative marks on dak. had an hearing with a neutral party an employer an decision was ruled in my favor but marks still on there

You need to contact DAC to get this resolved if you have had a neutral party evaluate the situation. Look them up online (It won't let me post the link here) and learn what you need to do. Once something appears on your DAC report the company who put it there has no control of it. It's your responsibility to resolve it.
