Talent Hunter Refuse to cancel membership Sherman Oaks California

I received an email from a so called HJ casting , that told me he would like to submit my daughter for a commercial that is going to be in production very shortly. If she was interested in the project to let him know because she was a good match for the project and to upload her pic as soon as possible so that he can get moving on considering her for the role. But in order to do that she had join a gold membership. So I decided to join for a month $29.99 to see how things would go they had a pop up that ask people to upgrade to a premium featured semi- annual for $99.99 i told them that i wasn't interested in signing up for that. A few minutes later the pop up was still there and my two year old son click the yes to upgrade so i immediately email them and ask them to cancel the semi-annual membership because i was only interested in signing up for the one month membership they have refused to do so. A customer service representative by the name of Regina told me that one they process your request you can not get a refund and if you use a credit card, you're agreeing not to charge back or dispute the charge for any reason. If you tried to dispute it then you have to pay them a $100 service fee for each charge back or dispute as well as collection cost and attorney fees if they file collection actions against you. Talent Hunter have charged my credit card for the one month and for the semi-annual premium and have refuses to cancel the membership even thought i request to cancel it within the same night that i sign up my daughter.
