TCIM Services tCIM suspending,screwing,and favoritism longview, Texas

Ok what you are about to read is very confidential the reason being i am still a employee at tcim services.Now the cell phone usage is a continuos phase that is not applied enough in the building the head supervisor Steven Ashley will tell the whole entire floor if he sees cell phones we will automatically be terminated. He also tells the supervisors that if they see us they  should confiscate our cell phones and terminate us but wait!!! thats not the case our supervisor does not care and the reason being is because he says that as long as we meet our goal for the day he doesn't care wht we do. Now i can recall an instince where i have have my phone out and was textin and he would say you better be glad im in a good mood because the team has met our goal in sales today and i didn't feel that was right so you know wat i documented this and every other time i did it or someone else did it on the floor now moving to the sickness going around the business now they should really go out of business for starting an epidemic that could have been prevented due to failure to listen and lack of communication skills. Now there is a guy that was sick at work with the flu he told his supervisor and and asked could he go to the emergency room but since we didn't make goal for the day he said no and go sit down get out of my face and find me a sale so that night the guy went to the hospital and was diagnosed with the flu now the supervisors name is Thurman Williams he is a man who only cares about sales nothing more and will do anything to get them and i actually work for his team  at TCIM and when the guy returned to work the following monday Half of Thurmans team was sick and Thurman didn't know what to do Now as Thurman being a supervisor he is one of the main supervisors who has his phone out on the floor and he is very rude with the customers especially if he is in a bad mood about us not reaching goal he has actually came and took a call for someone and got upset with the customer and told them to hang up the phone he tries to fit in with the Reps and is caught up on his divorce he is going through with his husband so please stay tuned there will be soon more to come Signed*MAD ASS HELL!!!!!
