V O Remarketing - Shane Van Oene Lied to wont return phone calls promised to reimburse and send parts Berthoud Colorado

On July 30 2008 I agreed to purchase a trailer from VO Remarketing, Shane Van Oene. The trailer needed some repairs that I did not even ask to be taken care of. Shane said he would pay for a door repair (which cost $95 that I paid.) He also said he would get a $300 part and send it to me. Since the trailer dealer said the part was under warranty it would not have cost Shane anything, and I would have been happy to just pay the shipping on the part.

Well, after several phone calls and messages to give Shane my new address, I cant get the courtesy of a return call. Even if he would call to say sorry, forget it, it would be better than ignoring promises that Shane made.

If anyone out there is thinking of doing business with VO Remarketing or Shane Van Oene, I would be very careful. All I asked for was a simple phone call. Instead, I am out $400 and my time for having to report this.

Pretty pathetic on his part, I hope he reads this.
