Dear RoR Readers (& Everyone),

This is simply to confirm / inform you that the (defamatory) information contained in the relevant ‘report’ was simply lifted by the author from a bogus / malicious entry on Wikipedia ... .. this bogus entry / misinformation (known on Wiki as “vandalism”) has already been removed from Wikipedia – not by Web Sheriff but by Wiki editors – and suitable, legal action is being taken by us against those responsible (the person who posted the vandalism having already been suspended by Wikipedia).

Similarly, legal action shall now also be taken against the supposed ‘author’ on RoR and, potentially, against RoR itself for failing – in our view – to enforce their own Terms & Conditions / Acceptable Use Policy by failing to remove false entries, even where the relevant entries / reports (eg. that we have only been around for 2 years and are similar to a “ ... Nigerian scam ... “) are clearly bogus and maliciously motivated. Fyi, Web Sheriff has been in business for nearly a decade and all of its clients from the worlds of Music, Film, Showbiz and beyond provide Web Sheriff with letters-of-authority to act on their behalf.   

Many thanks for noting the above / the true facts and, meanwhile, this post / rebuttal is written without prejudice to the accumulated, worldwide rights and remedies of Web Sheriff to take further, legal action against both the supposed author of this ‘report’ and, of course, against RipOffReport itself – all of which rights remain reserved in full.
