Bella Rose Cottage Treschi Sold me an item that she does not have and tried to send me a Cheap substitute . Stephens City, Virginia

 I ordered a chandelier from Brook @ Bella Rose Cottage. My check cleared the bank on march 18th 2011. She did not send it out imedietely as states in her web(will ship as soon as the check clears) she didn't send my chandelier untill almost two and a half weeks later. When i opened the box it was not the chandelier i paid for she sent me a much cheaper version. I emailed her back after several attempts to reach her she emailed back and said which one did i get? I told her the one i got she said to send that one back to me i will reemberse the shipping cost. I sent it back to her she emailed and me and said she got it ,and would go to her storage and look for the one I ordered on sunday may 1st 2011. I have not heard from her since, I have emailed her sent her txt messages , its now may 3rd. This order was first placed in march of 2011 she cashed my check it cleared the bank on march 18th 2011 and I still do no have my chandelier, and its, amazing that she is still trying to sell it on her web site that says she only has one unit in stock! I was shocked when I read the fraud reports re; this business woman and the same runaround that 3 other people have experienced and Im sadened that they have been hurt by this womans abuse as I have also. I have been in contact with the police in her town and have reported the fraud reports on this site that I read regarding BellaRose Cottage, including my own hurtful experience and runaround from Brook Fleming
