My complaint is not about the way he cut my grass when he did do it. It is about him having me prepay and then not showing up afterwards. He's the same guy others are talking about here. He charges you to cut your lawn and then he doesn't show up to do it. I paid for a year in advance. But then he didn't actually show up after that. The times he cut it before I prepaid were fine. The "afterward" part is where I had issues - after I'd paid a bunch of money up front and he didn't show. If anybody knows where he is let me know.
