Left in the dark by LightingDirest.com! I searched for the best deal and reputable looking company when I had a lighting need for an outdoor concert we put on at my restaurant. I had only four days to get the patio lighting I needed and this company also offered a rush - get it in 2 days for an exhorbitant fee offer, which I gladly signed up for. Four days later, I discover that my order is being sent out that day. I asked them to cancel the order, and they tell me they can't, but I can return it. 11 days later I still have yet to see any product, but they got their $195.00 within 1 minute. Its time someone took down these rip off web sites.

As with all of our sites, we have a stock quantity count on each product page. However, this is not a real-time count, and stock can vary, literally, from minute to minute. While stock count is updated daily, we're still striving to improve on this. And on rare occasions, manufacturers have the product on backorder. Unfortunately, this leaves us at the mercy of their factory lead times.

If you have any further questions regarding your order, please contact our customer service department at (800) 375-3410. Phone calls are answered by very knowledgeable representatives typically within two minutes, oftentimes within 60 seconds. They can also help you set up your return once you receive the items, if you'd still like to return them.

Left in dark with no further communication!

I have left voicemail and email for lightingdirect.com through their customer service, with no response by phone or email. I have simply asked them to return the portion of money paid for the 2nd day air with out the courtesy of a simple response. While their rebuttal sounds cordial and professional, their actions are anything but!
