Butterflies Inc. Limo And Balloons Butterflies Limo- we were told OOOPS WE DOUBLE BOOKED YOU CANT HAVE THAT PARTY BUS!! 4 DAYS BEFORE EVENT Willoughby Ohio

Very Excited booked a party bus for my best friends Bachelorette party. We have about 26 girls coming!! Already sent in our check over a month ago for our deposit. Everything was set, well so I thought.
I received a phone call from Bill (the owner), Monday when the event is this saturday, that someone else made a deposit on there credit card for that same vehicle, that same day!! OOPS sorry but they paid there deposit with a credit card , and you paid with a check he says. Well I didnt know that one payment over the other was the way he was going to reserve the vehicle. It wasnt a problem for us to use a credit card but he said he excepted cash/check/or credit so the brides sister sent the check in with the date and vehicle written in the memo part of the check. Well now Bill is blaming us for the confusion since he talked to me first and claims he had no idea that that check he received was for the reservation I made, since my name wasnt on the check. Eventhough I gave him the brides sisters name and said she would be calling to make the deposit. Which she did do!!

So at this time we have no transportation for the bachelorette party and apparently its my fault. But Bill says he will figure something out, like getting two seperate vehicle. Well if I wanted 2 seperate vehicles I would of booked it that way!! Its not like Im being crazy but when your paying alot for something you want it to be what you ordered, not just settle!!

Needless to say I was very upset that the situation was being blamed on me!! And I read another review on Butterflies Limo and it seems as if he doesnt know how to run a business!! To me it wasnt an accident it was a rip off, so I told Bill to send back the check and we would no longer need his service.

And at this point in time the Bride & Groom are switching there limo company to someone else the day of there wedding, because of this situation. I mean who wants a phone call the day of there wedding saying OOPS we double booked you!!!!
