I had almost the same experience as the poor lady with her rip off. Bill Hamburg told her he would send 2 limos instead. Well, that's not what she wanted. yet- in his mind, he solved the issue. Same thing with me- He gave me 2 options less than 24 hours before the event 1. use the limo I ORDERED and he'll get me to my dinner reservation one hour and fifteen minutes late or 2. He'll send a "nice vehicle"

What choice did I have? Well, the nice vehicle sucked, was cheap and uncomfortable.

Oh yeah - he also offered me an extra hour free. I really don't need to drive around an extra hour and not in a shabby vehicle. The limo's cooler - was an Igloo they threw in there.

This is a guy who knows no customer service. Do not use them.

The guy did call and kind of apologized today 6/25/09

He also told me he recorded my phone call to him on 6/19/09 and that he is going to sue me. So Please, do not take my word for it - feel free to call him, get his side, listen to my conversation which was nice and calm.

Read all of my posts to get a clear indication. Also, there is another post from 6/23/09 (not mine) which has an opinion as well.

I ordered a limo. I had to settle for a limo van because we had no choice and no time to get someone else. I know the guy works for a living but you can't push people against a wall, with little to options and then say "you agreed".
