Designer Limousines Designer Limos MISLEADING LIMOUSINE COMPANY Internet

I scheduled a reservation about three months out with Designer Limousines for my trip to NYC from 5-7 August 2011.  I reserved the Mercedes Benz-stretched for a time period on all three days.  Finally after a couple of weeks of cordination, the reservation was finalized.  I stressed via telephone and e-mail this was the ONLY VEHICLE I WANTED.



I called 30 days out to ensure the reservation was still good.  I was told by one of the employees, a lady named Joey, that my reservation was good as reserved.  I called again 48 hours prior (3 Aug) to my arrival to NYC when I was supposed to have the limo and Joey once again, told me everything was good.



When I arrived at the airport, the driver shows up with a lincoln limo.  I was furious!  I specifically asked for the mercedes benz-stretched limo and they decided to give me some sad story about the AC went out and they were trying to get it fixed.  They thought I would just say "it's ok" but NO, I specifically requested a type of vehicle and they did not deliver.  If there was a problem with the vehicle I requested, they should have been honest with me when I called two days prior.



This was extremely disappointing.  It lived up to the type of behavior we have been told New Yorker's have.  They don't care...all they care about is getting your money and could care less about whether the customer is happy or not.



My advise to anyone who reads this is DO NOT USE DESIGNER LIMOUSINES for your service.  Choose another company who will express their genuine concern for how you feel and for what you pay for.  Designer Limousines suck!
