I just read your experience with Elite Limo in Concord, I also had the worst experience with them this year 2009.
Worst service ever, I reported the bad service we got to the company several times hoping to get a response, an apology from them, nothing, not a word.
So I finally had to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
And to my shock, they ignored that report as well, I was contacted by the BBB
that they had to closr the case due to the fact that after several attempts trying to reach Elite Limo, they received no response. WOW what does that tell you. After this I took it upon myself once again to try and reach them again, I sent out Emails to all the Managment of the Company.

Once again I was ignored, not once did anyone even make an attempt to contact me.
So I have filed a complaint here, hopefully I'll get a response.
Just wanted to share with you that I also an a very unsatisfied customer and I sacrificed to have a special evening buy paying the rates which are not cheap and I expect them to live up to what they as a Service Provider Promise.
And they didnt. I will not give up I will continue to try and get a response from this company.
