Luxury Limosine, Sam Disappointed on our Wedding Day!! Dearborn Michigan

We booked three limosines for our wedding day. All were filthy and had holes in the carpet. None of the drivers spoke english. They were twenty minutes late. The whole ride someone had to give the drivers directions. It was raining the day of our wedding. The worst limo of all was the limo-bus. It had a bathroom that smelled of raw sewage, when one of our guest went to use it, he look as if he had just had a shower. All the light fixtures has water leaking out of them. By the time we arrived at the hall everyone was soaked. We were sure to have our videographer tape everything.

My husband called Sam owner, the next day to complain. He assured him that he would make it up to us by having a limo pick us up and take us to the airport for our honeymoon and pick us up when we came back. He took the date and time and said he would have his nicest limo come.

We were waiting, and waiting, and NO limo showed up. We were late an had had to pay for parking in short term because we had no time to walk from the long term parking lot. It cost us $250 just for parking. He promised us a $600 refund and suite tickes to a basketball game with a limo ride there and back and parking for forgeting to pick us up.

Sam never honored what he said. Sam is a LIAR and a and a poor business man. My husband called him agian, all Sam did was yell and swear at him. They ruined our wedding day experience with our bridal party, not to mention the embarassment we suffered because of their junky cars and bus.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEIR CARS ARE GARBAGE!!!!
