Millenium Limousine RIPPED OFF ON NEW YEARS EVE Internet

<B>DO NOT USE</B> this company!!! We reserved a limo for NYE, 11 people in total, were told we would be given an escalade which seated 15 comfortably but instead they sent the Bentley chrysler 300. They told us it would seat 12 people COMFORTABLY. We had eleven and if I told you we were crunched inside it would be an understatement. I was crunched, into the corner, squatting ON the seat BEHIND my wife. The other 9 people were uncomfortable as well. It was too late to do anything about it so we had to deal with it. That night I called and left the company a message and they never called me back. The day after the trip I called to complain and he offered no compensation other than 3 free hours on my NEXT trip. He told me that he called and told my wife that they were switching cars at the last minute from the excalade to the bentley, and that he told her that it seated 12 comfortably, which there is no way in hell it does). I asked him to have the owner call me and I never got a call. I asked for the owner's # and he gave me an email address instead. I emailed the supposed owner a few times and never got a response. According to 'Omar' the manager, the limo driver told him we had 2 large people in our party, as if that were the reason we were uncomfortable. That is an extremely discriminatory statement. On top of all that, they charged our credit card for the trip AFTER  we payed them in cash the night of the ride. We disputed the charges with our CC company and are waiting to hear back regarding that. I am thinking about small claims court. Don't waste your time with this company. It's a miracle they are still in business if this is the way they treat their customers. Spread this message anywhere and everywhere you can so we can put em out of business.
