I just want to take a second to let people know about the horrible experience i had using Platinum Limousine Services from Nashvillelimo.net.

First off we planned our pick-up over a month in advance. The day came and we were waiting outside of the airport for Platinum Limousine Services for over 3 hours. We called the office (which rings someones home) and his wife answered saying that Jared was still asleep, but he will be right up and on his way to get us. Keep in mind we have already been waiting for 3 hours with kids.

Jared finally shows up (now 4 hours has passed, kids get very hard to keep occupied for that long).
Jared offers no apology for being late and is actually kind of rude to us. We just chalked it up to (we will never use them again) he must be hung over from last night.So we are about 20 minutes into the trip when our kids are a little loud in the back. The driver told our kids to "Shut Up".

At this point we had enough and asked the driver to pull over and let us out. We called another Taxi service and got a peacfull ride home from them. We have asked for a refund from Platinum Limousines, with no luck. Till this day we have not recieved a refund nor an apology from the driver.
THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE, TRUST US NEVER USE THEM.
