I made a shuttle reservation with South and East Bay Shuttle in order to be picked up from the San Jose airport. I prepaid for this reservation.
I called the same day to verify, and they confirmed my reservation.
After my flight arrived to the airport, I called their number 408-559-9477 to inform them, and they told me that a driver is coming to the airport to pick me up. The customer representative asked me to call them back after I get my baggage.
After I got my baggage, I called the number again, and they told me that the driver is coming to pick me up.
After 15 minutes, I called the number again to check, and the customer representative told me that they DO NOT HAVE ANY DRIVER to pick me up. He told me to find a TAXI. He also told me that they will refund my payment. I ended up looking for a transportation at 12am.
Next day, I called their number to talk with their manager. But there is no manager to talk. They gave me an e-mail address instead.
I sent an e-mail to that address, and explained the situation. I never get a response back from them.
In addition to all that, they even CHARGED my credit card.
I called them again, but there is no one to talk to about this. They are still giving me an e-mail address.
They told me that their manager does not have a fix schedule, and she only checks e-mails.
NEVER USE their shuttle service! Most likely you will also LOOSE your money.
This company absolutely does not give any importance to its customers. They don't take any responsibility. And there is no one to talk to when there is an issue.
