I am a previous Misclassified employee driver of super shuttle I was pushed into a bad contract and then forced into a franchise purchase they controlled and limited virtually every aspect of my work
I was made to earn less than a state minimun wage
working over 2200+ hrs and up tp 2900 in a yr
transporting ONLY the work super shuttle gave me permission to transport
I was pushed out unfairly "constructive termination" in 07 after 4 yrs of ongioing disputes over super shuttles untolerable work enviroment
I can only make the public aware that
super shuttle does not run a company based on any business ethics they lack integrity and morals they are decietful and dishonest
I believe I was surrounded by theives who enjoyed stealing my life from me My life will never be the same after such a financial blow
I hope that any one who read this will BOYCOTT
and prayer for justice Super Shuttle must be held responsible for their actions
PS...those who have had bad expereiences on a super shuttle
I appologize for that I can only speak for myself when saying no matter how bad the work enviroment was
I was nothing but professionial and enjoy the 1000' of people I had met yearly l miss doing what I truley loved which is Meeting new people and the open roads
PSS...RED VANS have skeletons in their closet as well
my friend just got a $97,000 judgement against them
They are all crooks

I had just spoke with a fellow driver today from PT. After he got done paying $1500 to Prime Time, he had a gross earnings of $400. Subtract the gas and wear and tear on his van, and it was more like $200 gross.
Another driver who was running franchising a business had 2 drivers working for him, and even after having the van on the road, he made sh*t.
What both companies don't tell you is you have to keep the van running 24 hours a day, to make meager wages, while the idiots making an hourly paycheck in dispatch and management are laughing at you bust your a*s for nothing.
I got out with less than $2000 in losses. Fortunately I'll claim that on my taxes next year for I'm still collecting unemployment. Oh BTW ShuttletoLax.com is part of Prime Time. Tell me how drivers are supposed to make money on a $20 fare?
Here is what was sent to me in email before I signed up for their ripoff.
About the OpportunityToday, PRIME TIME'S
Owner-Operators form the core of our driving staff. An Owner-Operator,
with their vested interest in our business, provides a higher level of
service than the typical employee driver. It has to do with the
pride-in-ownership that goes along with being an Owner-Operator.Owner-Operators have the complete support of PRIME TIME SHUTTLE'S
operation facility. A new Owner-Operator goes through a comprehensive
training program and quickly becomes an expert in airport operation and
customer service.Contrary
to what many people think, previous airport transportation experience
is not a key element in making a successful Owner-Operator. Some of our
most successful Owner-Operators have come from completely different
fields. We have former teachers, police officers, business people of
all types and even doctors who own their own vans and drive for PRIME TIME SHUTTLE. What they have in common is a desire for independence and a love for both driving and interacting with people. As a PRIME TIME
Owner-Operator you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself.
An small investment is required, as low as $3,000, to become an
Owner-Operator and a good income is available to all who enjoy people
and driving.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service - Providing great customer service Timeliness - Being On-Time picking up passengers Cleanliness - Keeping your vehicle clean and maintained.BenefitsSet your own hours - The more you work the more you make. Good customer service turns into better tips.
