Titan Group nationwide/ard LAW FIRM/ARD/ COLLECTION AGENCY DELUTH , Georgia

I received a call from my supervisor tonight , she said she received a call at work from a person stating he wants to serve me papers at work.  I guess she gave him my number so he called me and told me I've been charged w/ criminal  and civil charges.  His name was Tracy Burke , which I assume is false.   Tracy told me to call 8552047722 to have claim resolved.  I called and women told me I owed $430 in a payday loan that was deposited into an acct I never had.  She then transferred me to a case manager to discuss the claim. 

The manager told me the loan was for $600 but he will drop his fees he charges and I could pay $430.  That doesn't make a bit of sense.   He than stated I needed to pay in order to avoid being served a papers at work and court cost/fees.  He than ask for a credit card, which I gave him .  Due to me being shocked, however I have cancelled that card.  I believe this company is doing illegal things ,  if it was a legit company I would think identity theft but  they are definitely trying to hustle money. Probably because people may be getting tax refunds.
