1st American Law Center - Dean Chandler I dont think an actual lawyer works here, Oceanside, California

I have been trying to get my refund of $2495.00 from this company since 1/19/10 when it was approved.  Now, trying to get ahold of an actual live person is impossible.  I have contacted even the "manager" of the Accounting Dept, Thomas Cole, and again the Customer Service with this company sucks!  If this is actually owned and run by lawyers then, someone needs to check their diplomas and make sure they graduated from a legitimate law school.  This is no way to treat people who may be losing their house, and we did!  They began working on our "file" in July 2009 and we were notified each time by the lender they did note approve the modification before the this company notified us.  This company has no idea what they are doing.  I want my refund now!  I am desperate.  We have had to leave our house, it was foreclosed on and I need my refund to be able to start our lives over.  I am desperate to get my money back.  This was all we had and we relied on their information to get us thru and they FAILED big time.  NO EXCUSES, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
