America's Servicing Company - Wells Fargo Morgage Wells Fargo turned down our request for loan modification 3 times. refuse to adjust high 10% interest rate. Use delay tactics to proceed with Trustee Sale. Beware Des Moines, Iowa

Our interest rate is currently at 10%.  We contacted WFM in November to initiate the Loan Mod process.  Wells Fargo turned down our request in December.  We hired an attorney.  Wells Fargo turned us down twice even with the attorney's assistance.  Meanwhile we had to hire a new attorney and file for Chap 13 Bankruptcy due to the Trustees Sale Date.  On 9/17/09 we contacted WFM for a status.  WFM told us the sale date had been reset to 10/21/09.  Today we got a call from our new attorney.  Attorney told us that our home will be sold on 9/21/09.  This is devastating.  WFM will only deal with you when you lose your house and the loan is repaid through a Trustees Sale.

This company has been around for over one hundred years, yet they treat their customers very badly.  I had to close my checking and savings account because we have been treated so unfairly.  I recommed that people avoid this company like the plague.  How can they allow their clients to pay on a loan that has a 10% interest rate?
