Aurora Loan Services Ripoff/Keep ARM's--DO NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS to adjust, make up stuff like didn't get mail!, YOU can't afford lower payments, keep making your HIGHER ONES!! Scottsbluff Nebraska

Sent in ALL modification paperwork required for loan Modification on interest only ARM (set to adjust in December) by EXPRESS MAIL. Received by Aurora
2 days later. They said they never got it for 70 days, then I received a letter saying they didn't get part of it.

Then the same day I received a letter saying they got my mailing but I didn't make enough money to pay a lower pay (of $4500 per month) so i should keep paying my normal payment of $6300 per month.

All of this is a game played to keep from doing anything about making a high interest ARM unchanged.

AND you can't talk with anyone about anything except people in the Customer Service Department who gave me a different story EVERYTIME I called and I called about every other day or so.

This is NOT RIGHT for a company to jerk people around like this and try to find an executive to talk with--won't happen. Check the web-sites and see if you can find anyone other than people in customer service who honestly DON'T know what is going on.

Customer service--a laugh!! HELP someone--HELP!! I've called congress people, HOPE, on and on--but NOTHING!!
