I signed up with Avery Steinberg, doing business as Lincoln National Group, to save my home from foreclosure. In January 2010, I paid this company 1600.00, to be my loan modification officer. No progress has been made in this direction, as of June 11, 2010. Because of my trust in this company to do the job hired for, too much time has passed and my home is now more in danger than ever of foreclosure. I can not get any response from them nor will they answer thier phones, at 201-541-6680.

Only Lincoln National Can Be Blamed

I am a licensed New York attorney and never "did business as" Lincoln National.  They were my client but in fact they never followed my legal advice. I instructed them how to conduct a legitimate business, however, they did whatever they wanted. When they filed bankruptcy, they hurt many customers and me, too. I feel sorry for the people who were cheated; please do not blame the lawyer who did not do anything wrong.
