Bank of America Trying to steal my home illegally new york, Nationwide

I got involved in a "mortgage modification" with Bank of America 2 YEARS ago-starting out with them "wanting to help me stay in my home" to telling me i was kicked out of their modification program simply because 2 numbers in one of my trial payments were transcribed, & they said i broke the contract by paying the wrong amount. This should be an easy error to fix, yes? After hundreds of phone calls & some internet research, i find this is a scam Bank of America has going on, with thousands of people-many different excuses being given as to why we were kicked out of the modification program. They string us along with all sorts of excuses WHY they can't just tell us what is going on, or what amount we can pay, & we have no idea what status our homes are in-they return mortgage payments or claim to not have received them, lose paperwork & NEVER return phone calls. I have yet to find anyone who is willing to say who Bank of America is responsible TO. This stress is emotionally & physically killing myself & my husband.

Did your error violate the terms of the modification agreement?

Yes, it should be but not complying with that request is not illegal.

Reno and Nevada already have a bad reputation in the national media; a talk with home insurers confirms people and businesses are fleeing Reno and Nevada. These shocking behaviors by Reno businesses and Nevada public employees give a further black-eye to Reno and Nevada which are increasingly becoming and known as A Blighted Ghost-town and State and Nation. Bank of America and its employees like Kathleen Walker and Beverly Stewart have been notorious for years for their laziness, incompetence, corrpurtion, extortion, blackmail, civil rights violations, abuses, perjury, fraud, false documents, and sewer service yet have never been held acountable for their illegal and unethical behaviors due to corruption - they pay bribes to each other and public employees. Bank of America and its employees like Kathleen Walker and Beverly Stewart have a lot to do with why Nevada is Number One for securities fraud, mortgage fraud and foreclosure fraud.
