Certified Financial Protection Group Rippeed me off for a loan modification scam Temecula, California

I contacted these jerks to ask about a last minut Loan Modification. They told me they were very familiar with  INDYMAC bank and could help me cut through the red tape. The deal was they charged $500 for a Forensic Audit ( which they could not have done in the time involved) and then $3k for the modification which they guaranteed they would pay if thery didn't come through. I was absolutely promised they could at least stop the foreclosure sale whiole the loan modification request was considered. Then they refused to take a check and required me to pay for a wire transfer. In the mean time, for over a week I was asked for one new document after anothere. Theyn "lost them" or the "fax" didn't print out, etc. Eventually I ws tasked with a list of new documents they were requesting, this was all as time was drawing nearer to the sale date. When they finallly "received the wire transfer" and "all of the documents" I was stold in 24 hours there was nothing they could do, but that they would now submit my internal documents to their "accounting Dept" somje dimwit called Dulce, who told my wife it would be a "minimum of 3 months to receive a refund on money that had been wired to them

Now I want all my documents back, overnight, at their expense ( I was made to p-ay to provide them overnight mond you, as time was short) and I can't reach anyone and the auction sale on my house is in two days.

What an absolute rip off. I am going to write to every consumer agency, televison rip off segment, and anyone else I can think of. Liars and thiives.
