Do not use this company.  First they promise they can get your mortgage reworked using government programs.  They charge roughly a $2800 fee to basically work through the red tape for you.  They are very convincing at first.

What they do is give you a "money back guarantee" in which resides a clause to insure you breach the contract.  No matter how much you try to do your end of the deal.  Coast to Coast will request the normal documentation including the mortgage, bank statements, etc. you need to do any kind of home loan or refinance.  but here is where they get you.  You have to have all paperwork back to them in five business days.  Sounds easy right?  You cannot return the paperwork if the fax number they give you doesn't accept faxes.  Okay so we can attach the files to the email address given for your adviser.  Miraculously the email account reject all emails until after your 5 days has passed.

What they have basically done is to take your money, then make sure you have no way to get it back.  They will work with the bank and file a feeble request to have your loan modified.  It is nearly always rejected.  I have spoken with an employee with the bank my mortgage is through about them.  He did a little research for me and stated "Yeah they are considered a big joke with us. " 

Hmmm, wish I had known that 4 months and $2800 ago.
