COUNTRYWIDE FIANCIAL MORTAGAGE PROMISE ONE THING, DELIVER NOTHING BUT PANIC SIMI VALLEY California

I had to refiance 3 years ago, and foolishly chose Countrywide. When I went in for the signing, I asked questions which were falsley answered. I acutally wanted to back out within 48 hours of signing, I called the person who handled this, no one seemed to know him, after about 4 weeks of trying to track him down, his "boss" told me he left the company over 3 weeks ago. His boss told me to come back in a year and he would have me refianced at a lower fixed interest.

I have yet to be able to contact him. I sent countrywide the information the requested on 4 occasions, I had been told repeatedly, even by letter, they never got my information. When I sent it the 4th time, I talked to a lady who said she was looking at my file and found I did indeed send this information 3 times. Still can't get a straight answer, have no idea where I stand or when I will lose my home. And in addition, in the beginning I actually called corperate office and when I made the comment to the lady; so, you're telling me Zack sat across the table and bold face lied to me, yeah, her response was "yep, pretty much".

I am going to be forced to leave my job, relocate to another state to have a place to live, all because they actually don't care who they have to displaced. Seems like the bailout is only helping the banks, they get bailed out for each home lost, then turn right around and sell it making yet another profit. How do they sleep at night? Will I ever have a judgement day? Why can't we do anything but wait? It's bad enough we all feel like losers because we have lost our homes, and all it seems Countrywide has done is to pour salt in our wounds. It would be interesting to know if any Countrywide employees who use them are in our position.
