He lured people in to his "membership" by sending a ton of litigation and procedure that attorney's used to win cases fighting the banks regarding mortgage fraud.  He initially told us the membership was $1,500, then as the process went on, the fee escalated to $4,500.  While people are desperately trying to find legal ways to fight the banks, he used useless means to delay foreclosure procedures.  He will not return calls until you contact him and tell him you have a payment for him.  He does not return emails, phone calls, or any method of communication.  

He seems to have memory lapses:  He always ask for an update, when you have sent all the information via email or voice mail. He talks down to his members, implying they are not doing their due diligence.

He also started another membership of 22 people recently, while leaving the initial membership in limbo.  He will try to have you file fraudulent paperwork in federal court.  Do not fall victim to this scandal.  Apparently, this is his gimmick and he has been playing these games for quite some time.  All the money and time spent on his scheme, could have been used on a legitimate attorney to assist in whatever results you were looking for.  AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCHEME.
