Diversified Real Estate Consultants TOOK MY 1200$ AND DID NOT MODIFY ANY LOANS, NOTHING, NOT FIRST OR 2ND AKRON Ohio

I was contacted by this company to help get my first and second mortgages modified as I had a financial hardship. The individual who contacted me gave me a 100% guarentee that they would be able to help with my first and second mortgages, I have the email proving that and sent it to the founder. This individual was fired shortly after he signed me up. The date of first contact was 2/13/09, now as of 5/13/09 nothing has been done, in the interim I modified my first with my lender directly, they advised me that they dont even work with anyone other than the mortgager, information contrary to what I was told when signing up, and it took only five days to get done, my second has still yet to be delt with and they are working with us directly as well. so basically I gave this company 1200$ in hard times to help my family as we were in a hardship and after 90 days nothing has been done I did the first mortgage myself and will get the second done as well so they have my 1200$ for nothing, I asked for a refund per the email guarentee from the person who signed me up, the founder Daniel DePasquale never answers his phone or returns calls so I am getting ignored. I did what I hired them to do myself if I would of continued to wait for them I would of been foreclosed on, now they wont give me my money back which is now hurting myself and my family and putting us in another hardship. What a great company!
