DIY Modkits Home mortgage interest reduction scam. Promised reduction from 7%-2% for cost of $1500.00. Voice Mail id's mail box full Internet

    DIY modkits promised to help modify my existing mortgages of two houses, one at 4.78% and the other interest rate of 7%. Addition payment for doing a "forensic audit" of the transaction that took place in the last 7 year since I bought a home in Apple Valley CA at 7%.  I had to pay up-front $995.00 for two houses I own and an additional $495.00 to expedite a reduction of interest of 7% to 2.78 by doing this forensic audit of the mortgage documents.

    The documents that were needed were to be requested by myself which were received and reviewed to find the property since 2004 was resold twice without any notice to me except a not at on time from B of A that they had taken over the loan from Country Wide. I was to contact DIY when I received the documents from B of A but no one answeres the phone. I ask my Step son to check out the last address of DIY in Peoria AZ and he says it no-one in the commercail complex at 8868 W. Bell Rd, Peoria AZ has ever heard of them 

    The documents received supported only my first mortgage company Moutain West Financial. I was told that this mortgage package lacks the legal documents from the take-overs from one financial company to the next. I should have been notified for each take over.  

    The interest rate of 7% is what keeps the payment high for a second home for me. I am living on a small retirement and social security and will be forced to walk away from my winter residence very soon. Bank can have it.
