I received a call from a women named Cynthia from FLR, LLC since April, 2009. We finally entered a contract during June, 2009 which she promised that FLR, LLC will be able to negotiate on restructuring monthly payment for my home mortgage with my lender. At the time of entering contract, she told me that FLR, LLC had a great attorney team who are specialized in negotiating loan restructuring on behalf of their clients. For a fee of $3,000, FLR,LLC will take care of everything. Of course i still continued to pay my mortgage during the mean time. They charged on my credit card for the first half of the fee during July 2009 ($1,500) and the other half during (September, 2009). From that point on, I haven't heard anything back from them. I emailed and called them many times, but it seems like the company is gone. No one from FLR, LLC has ever updated me about my file which the service was never rendered to me at all.

I read the reply from Maryann which she/he made a reply to one of the report. I really don't believe any single word that she is saying. Everything she is saying is a lie. She is part of this money-taking game. She could have used the money to buy her a nice jacket during black Friday sale for Thanksgiving.

I am contacting my lawyer and trying to resolve this issue. Anybody who was/were associated with FLR, LLC ( including independent contractors) will receive a letter from my lawyer pretty soon.
