Fair Lending Review LLC scammed me out of $3,500 for a so called loan modification that was never obtained. Internet

I was scammed out of $3500 from Fair Lending Review LLC who promised to help modify my loan with my bank. They were very professional the first month of doing business with them until I started to question their every move then I started getting the run around. They kept loosing my paperwork, they need more information on the bank.

It was nerve racking until finally I got fed up and started researching and saw that this is a scam company. I've spoken to several people in this company who stated they are in some type of litigation with another company who they gave the work out to and it would be a while before I could get a refund. This was Robert Goyler .

I proceeded  to file reports with the California Consumer Affairs and the BBB of California. They directed me to the Attorney Generals Office who in turn told me that they need more people to come forward and file complaints against this company in order for him to proceed with a Class Action .They are aware of the scam. I even filed a complaint with Mayor Schwartzanager whose office is also aware of what's going on.

This company prays on desperate people who only want to save their homes in these tuff times. Robert Goyler, Cindy Knutsen and Jeffrey Coffin are all from this company. I am currently filling  civil court papers with the State of California against these three individuals who currently live in California.  This can be done via postal service..
