Many clients have been sent for a loan modification to First Assist as a referral/associate program by the positive feedback from another individual who is well respected in the industry. For the marketing purpose people or Company can use any method as long as it is not violating any laws, but it seems these people are all aware and wisely walking themselves out of the situation by hurting the consumers in losing their home after taking so many month. They are putting associate or customers at a ease by saying that the home will be saved, but requesting same thing over & over month after month. Sometimes they have been away from the actual file so long, they do not know what was what and asking for needed information again and again when ever asked for the status. Whenever question arises and in need of assistance or answer, they are not responding or answering the phone. So many customers have been mislead by the voice of confidence in Renae and her feisty attitude (if you don't like it seeya but by the way we have been paid and I don't care about you and your customer ATTITUDE). They do not care 1 bit about you or your customers, please take precaution when dealing with these people/predator.  By the way few were done by First Assist and they may also say they were able to pull off getting very low int. rate, See for yourself if you decide on using these loan mod specialist who can change the way you live.

I was so narrow minded and was in denial for about 1yr. I have hoped & hoped for 1 decent loan mod to be completed, but have not seen not 1 get done at a reasonable time originally mentioned but you will see that this will be prolonged prior to the trustee sale date. By this time people have pretty much given up on the hopes to get a much lower rate than what they have but hoping to maintain their home and thanks to these people the best loan mod received out of them was getting the similar payment as before, the agony and the risk of losing their home that is saved.

I have never seen any irresponsible people like these people ever...... I can go on and on but I am tired and too stressed to go on any further....
