GMAC MORTGAGE Steals Los Angeles Home and Gets Caught on Tape Admitting it Internet

GMAC mortgage steals LA Home, and is caught on tape admitting that they misapplied my payments, just one month before filing a Notice of Deafult only 5 months into a loan modification.  Despite recieving monthly payments and OVERCHARGING my escrow account $13,000.  GMAC lied and illegally filed a Notice of Default when there was no default.  Please go to this link to hear the GMAC representative admit that they misapplied payments: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v+eYE5YRBl45c This is happening to homeowners all over the country, but I finally have them admitting it, right before the illegally filed a Notice of Default.  I notified GMAC that I was taping the conversation, and they are so arrogant that they didn't figure that an employee would actually admit that they did not apply payments that were received, to my account.  It is a shame how greedy this company is, they will even lie if they have to, even though the truth is right in their faces.
