I have attempted to work with Homecomings since September of 2008. I did structure a short term repayment agreement with them in 2009, with which we complied, but now that has ended they want noting to do with us. They do not respond via fax or mail, they do not return phone calls and they will place you on hold only to disconnect your call. Any individual you speak with has a different story regarding your account. Their attitude and actions tell me they want my house not their mortgage payments. While on hold today with Homecomings to determine the status of my loan modification application, someone drives by my home taking photographs-who do you think that was?
