I tried to do my homework and decided on signing up with Legal Loan Bailout because of their BBB rating and money back guarantee. They are very convincing over the phone that they want to do what is best for you and your family to try to save you home. After signing up they became VERY hard to get a hold of and would not return phone calls or emails. They told me not to contact them, that they would contact me every two weeks when there are updates. They to not follow up every two weeks, but to even be rude when I contacted them asking for updates. I have over 35 emails sent with only 7 responses over 6 months. At the end of the six months they decided to tell me they can only put me back on the modification my wife and I worked out with the bank directly before signing up and that they also would not give me back my money. I have a signed contract stating that if they cannot get me a modification than there is a money back guarantee. I have called and emailed asking for my money back but have been ignored. If you are looking to do a modification on your home PLEASE do not use this company they will tell you what you want to hear then proceed to do nothing and cost you your home.
