This Shady company (if you can call it that) e-mailed us a contract to sign saying they would save our home from foreclosure or refund our money, then took $1800 up front from us and did nothing they didn't even negotiate with our mortgage company, but told us the whole time they were "working on it".

Next thing you know we lost our home and when we called them (very upset) they said they were going bankrupt and had to layoff a bunch of employees and cannot afford to refund our money.

What ever you do don't think for a second this company will do anything but steel your money as they have ours!!!!!!!!

Lincoln National was my client but they never followed my legal advice. I instructed them how to conduct a legitimate business, however, they did whatever they wanted. When they filed bankruptcy, they hurt many customers and me, too. I feel sorry for the people who were cheated; please do not blame the lawyer who did not do anything wrong.
