DONOT MOVE OUT, YOU CAN FIGHT THEM

AUTHOR: Ga. Girl - Senoia (U.S.A.)

Do not move out of your home. Even if they dispossess. If you can afford an attorney get one. File a complaint against your mortgage company. If you cannot afford one go to legal aide in your area. If your income is low enough you may qualify. Tell them that you may have a claim against your mortgage company under the Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices laws (UDAP consumer law), and you want to file a complaint to have the forclosure and title set aside. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOUSE.
