Midland Mortgage - Midfirst Bank Midfirst Bank foreclosed on my home without giving me proper notice Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I purchased a small condo in 1989, and have lived there since that time. In 2008, my health failed and I lost my job as well. I tried to work out a loan modification with Midfirst bank, butwwas denied. I was behind on my payments approximately 6 months.

However I could have managed to pay the monthly payments if I had been given the chance. I only owed approximately 7 years before the home would have been paid for. I had tried everything. When I inquired how much it would take for me to remain in my home. I was told that someone would call and let me know. That never happened. I called and called, but was unable to get this information. The next thing I knew, a notice of foreclosure was left in the door and a week later I was in court and the foreclosure was granted. I am in poor health, and now I am homeless. I don't know what to do at this point. But I worked so hard to keep my small home, and now it has been taken away.
