Midland Mortgage Bad practices with Loan Modification Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Midland Mortgage needs to be investigated for false practices. The company sends you requests for doc documentation and its blank. When you call they indicate what you need, you fax and email it, they continue to harass and call three times a day. Even after you call them, they indicate that all documents have been received, but the phone calls continue. When you call again, they indicate that all documents are being reviewed, then the phone calls stop. Then, you receive a letter that it was denied because the documents were not received. I have kept every document they sent with all the blanks and I am ready to file suit against this crapy and disgusting and repulsive company. This company needs to be closed down. It is lower than dirt. 

If anyone has a good attorney or other agencies that I should file against, please pass it along. This company needs to be shut down.
