MMC , Turner Financial Company The Mortgage Modification Consultants Kingston Pa MMC Loan Modification is a Scam Kingston, Pennsylvania

This company is a total scam. They are taking advantage of people who are in a Financial hardship and can't afford the fees the way it is. I applied for the "Mortgage Modification" April 13th 2009. The charged my credit card $295.00 on April 23rd. I heard from them all of 3 times. I have called and sent emails constantly and they did not return any of my inquiries. I was told it would take up to 45 days it is now 6 months. Tried to call them today and the phone is disconnected, the email and website is shut down. I have even sent email's with a subject of "contacting the Attorney General".

I called my bank and they said all that MMC did was send my financial information. I now have to resend all documents to my mortgage holder and wait longer. I was not aware that I was able to go through my lender. After calls upon calls to my mortgage holder asking for help and explaining that I lost my job no one ever suggested a loan modification.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am going to do the same with the Attorney General.
